TERRE HAUTE, Ind. – The Dartmouth women's cross country team placed 27th Saturday at the Indiana State Pre-National Invitational on the LaVern Gibson Championship 6K Course.
The Big Green finished the day with 679 points led by the senior Helen Schlactenhaufen in 84th with a 21:19.2 to her credit. Sophomore Olivia Lantz was 99th overall and the second Dartmouth harrier to cross the line, doing so in 21:24.9.
Freshman Diana Vizza (152nd, 21:51.1), sophomore Lillian Anderson (169th, 21:56.9) and freshman Georgia Fear (175th, 21:59.4) rounded out the scoring for the Big Green on this day.
Bridget Flynn (203rd, 22:13.7) and Bridget O'Neill (227th, 22:30.2) were the other two Big Green runners to compete.
Colorado won the meet with 93 points with Oregon (154) and Michigan (179) completing the top three.
