Dartmouth Takes Second at CCSU Mini Meet

NEW BRITIAN, Conn. – The Dartmouth women's cross country team finished second at the Central Connecticut State Mini Meet at Stanley Quarter Park on Friday afternoon.
Freshman Rachel Ludwikowski was third overall in 10:19.5 on the 3K course, helping the Big Green to 72 team points, trailing only New Hampshire's 45.
Grace Thompson was sixth overall in 10:30.1, posting the second of the team's two top-10 finishes.
Anna Clark (19th, 10:40.4) led a close contingent of Dartmouth runners to cap the scoring as Angela Ortlieb (21st, 10:42.2) and Anna DiMarcello (23rd, 10:44.5) followed soon thereafter. Allison Anderson was the sixth Big Green harrier to cross, doing so in 10:57.3 and just missing out on the scoring.
Dartmouth next runs at the 2017 Ivy League Heptagonal Championship in The Bronx at Van Cortlandt Park.
