HANOVER, N.H. - The weekend was unfavorable for the No. 11 Dartmouth women's squash team who fell to No. 1 Princeton at home on Sunday afternoon, 9-0. With the loss, the Big Green fall to 4-8 while the top-ranked Tigers improve to 11-1.
In the first round, co-captain Rebecca Brownell managed to get one game from her opponent as did her fellow co-captain Zainab Molani, while sophomore Julia Potter lost in three games.
The second round matches were all 3-0 affairs, with Princeton proving too strong for sophomore Annie Blasberg and freshmen Brynn Bank and Ellie Gozigian.
The last round kicked off with freshman Sandra Reiss in the No. 3 slot, unable to get a game off her opponent. The same fate awaited senior Janel Gaube and junior Emma Roberts.
Dartmouth returns to action on Friday, traveling to take on Brown.
