Dartmouth is back on the road to take on UMass at 1 p.m. in Amherst, Massachusetts. The Minutemen are a member of the Atlantic 10 Conference.
LAST TIME OUT
- The Big Green fell 1-0 to Hofstra Tuesday night in Hempstead, New York. It was the first loss to the Pride since 1999.
- Junior Jesse Scanlon, along with sophomores Kota Sakurai and Dawson McCartney all had a shot on goal for the Big Green. Senior Jonny Nierenberg led Dartmouth with three shots.
- Dartmouth outshot Hofstra 15-6 and 4-2 on goal, the Big Green also came away with a 7-5 advantage in corner kicks.
SCOUTING UMASS
- The Minutemen enter Saturday's game in fourth place of the A10 with a 4-2-2 record.
- After an 0-1-1 start to the season, UMass has gone 4-1-1 since with wins over Saint Peter's, Bryant, Hartford and Central Connecticut State.
- UMass finished in a scoreless tie with Clemson, who was receiving votes for the top-25 poll on Sept. 9.
- The Minutemen are second in the A10 with 15 goals and lead the conference with 18 assists.
- DeAndre Brown and Jack Fulton lead UMass with four goals each. Davis Smith has three, while James McPherson has two.
AGAINST THE MINUTEMEN
- Dartmouth has dominated the all-time series over UMass with a 24-6-4 record dating back to 1933.
- The Big Green have shutout the Minutemen in the last two meetings in 2017 and 2013. The last win for UMass was in 2012 when they won 2-0.
- Since 1990, the Big Green hold a 7-4-1 record over the Minutemen.
