THIS WEEKEND
The Dartmouth women's hockey team will be back at Thompson Arena this weekend, hosting Brown on Friday and Yale the following afternoon. Unlike most Friday games that are played at 6 p.m., the one against the Bears will be at 5 p.m.
CONCUSSION AWARENESS WEEK
The Big Green teamed up with the Headway Foundation for the third annual Concussion Awareness Week. Dartmouth is one of 150 teams taking part to help combat concussions. The Headway Foundation is a non-profit that aims to promote a safer sports culture, provide resources and enhance concussion evaluation. There are now nearly 4,000 athletes (and growing) that are committed to making a difference.
Netminder
Kayla Wormsbecher is the Green's team representative during this year's Concussion Awareness Week. Read about her concussion story

LAST TIME OUT
For the first time in a month, Dartmouth was on the road last weekend, falling to St. Lawrence and No. 5 Clarkson in two close games.
St. Lawrence
Sara McClanahan scored both of Dartmouth's goals to have her first multi-point performance in the 3-2 loss to St. Lawrence at Appleton Arena.
The Wayzata, Minnesota, native scored her fourth and fifth goals of the season to take over as team leader in points and
Givanna Foglia (playing in her first game since Dec. 4) had her first collegiate point, while
Tess Bracken,
Bailee Brekke and
Sydney Hill also ended the game with a helper each.
Christine Honor had a great game, making 32 saves (.914 save percentage).
McClanahan was named the second star at the end of the game for being the only player on either team to score more than one goal.
Clarkson
The Big Green got on the board first, but ultimately fell to the fifth-ranked Golden Knights by a score of 4-2 at Cheel Arena.
Christina Rombaut and Brekke were credited with the goals, while the rookies had a great game, as
Chloe Puddifant,
Lotti Odnoga,
Gabby Billing and McClanahan all ended up with an assist. In net, Honor had another good game with her 30 saves.
ROOKIE OF THE WEEK
Following her three-point weekend, McClanahan was named the ECAC Hockey Rookie of the Week. This is the first time a Big Green rookie has received the weekly award since Kennedy Ottenbreit '17 on Feb. 25, 2014.
SCOUTING THE BEARS
Brown arrives in Hanover with an overall record of 5-14-2 and a conference mark of 2-10-2. The Bears are on a three-game losing streak, but have gone winless since a 4-3 win over Cornell on Nov. 3. Last weekend, Brown fell to Union (3-1) and RPI (1-0). Sena Hanson leads the team in goals (11) and points (15), while Shay Maloney is first in assists (9) and second in points (11).
LAST TIME AGAINST BROWN
The Big Green and the Bears went 1-1 against each other in 2017-18. Brown had a 3-2 victory at Thompson on Nov. 11, while Dartmouth had a win of the same score on the road on Jan. 26. In that game, Bracken had her first career hat trick.
SCOUTING THE BULLDOGS
Yale enters the weekend with a 6-14-1 mark overall and a 5-8-1 ECAC Hockey record. Most recently, Yale tied RPI (1-1) and defeated Union (4-2). Leading the way is Rebecca Vanstone with her 11 goals and 18 points.
LAST TIME AGAINST YALE
The Big Green dropped both of their games against the Bulldogs last season. On the road on Jan. 27, 2018, a four-goal second period led Yale to a 6-0 victory.
LEADING THE WAY
After her three-point weekend, McClanahan is first on the team in points (11) and goals (5). Odnoga leads the way with her seven helpers.
BETWEEN THE PIPES
