PRINCETON, N.J. – Dartmouth women's swimming and diving had a good showing on day two of the Ivy League Championship on Thursday. The Big Green are currently in fifth place with 243 points.

In the 500-yard freestyle,
Mia Leko stayed true to her seeding and placed sixth (4:50.25), while
Sarah Minnigh improved on her time from prelims by over two seconds to take ninth (4:49.44).
Molly Brickman also swam the event, competing in the C final (4:59.81).

Mackenzie Stumpf broke her own 200-yard IM record twice throughout the day, swimming a 2:02.69 at prelims before dropping almost three seconds to finish in ninth place at finals (1:59.79).
Alie Hunter also dropped a few tenths of a second off her morning swim time (2:03.93).

Four Big Green swimmers touched within a tenth of each other in the C final of the 50-yard freestyle.
Ashley Post led the way in 18th (23.55) and was followed by
Sophie Smith (23.58),
Zoe Wortzman (23.59) and
Summer Martin (23.63).

On the 1-meter diving board,
Isabella Lichen (215.40),
Maggie Pionzio (209.15) and
Allison Green (166.45) all competed in prelims. Lichen narrowly missed out on making it back to finals.

To end the day, Dartmouth placed seventh in the 200-yard freestyle relay (1:32.87). Made up of Wortzman, Smith, Martin and Post, the relay touched over a second ahead of Penn.

Day three prelims will begin with the 400-yard IM.
