HARTFORD, Conn. – On day one of the women's championships Friday night in Hartford, Conn., the Dartmouth women's squash team emerged victorious against the Amherst College Mammoths, 7-2.

Darden Gildea and
Emma Roberts all swept their opponents. Gozigian allowed the least amount of points, only surrendering 10 to her opponent, while Blasberg and Reiss only gave up 13.
Junnat Anwar came away with a four-game win. Anwar won the first two games, 11-2 and 11-4, she then fell in the third, 11-7, before taking the fourth, 11-4.
Dartmouth is back at for day two of the women's championships against Brown in Hartford at 4:30 p.m.
