HANOVER, N.H. — Sophomore
Colin Donnelly of the Dartmouth men's cross country team was named to the Academic All-Ivy team, the Ivy League announced on Tuesday afternoon.
The Ivy League announced the Academic All-Ivy team in addition to the All-Ivy teams and the major awards.
To qualify for a spot on the league's top academic team, the student-athlete must have made major contributions to their team while maintaining at least a 3.0 grade point average.
Donnelly recently helped the Big Green secure a fifth-place finish at the 2021 Ivy League Heptagonal Championship. Other results this season include being the fourth scorer for Dartmouth at the Battle in Beantown and at the Wisconsin Nuttycombe Invitational.
Donnelly and the men's cross country are preparing for the NCAA Northeast Regional in Boston, Massachusetts on Friday, November 12.
