BOSTON, Mass. — The Dartmouth men's cross country team finished eighth at Friday's Coast-to-Coast Battle in Beantown hosted by Boston College at Franklin Park.
The Big Green posted 246 points en route to the eighth-place showing.
Sophomore
Will Daley paced Dartmouth with a 16
th-place finish, crossing the line at 24:40.
The four remaining scoring runners for the Big Green finished within 21 seconds of each other. Senior
Jason Wang finished in 53
rd with a time of 25:27 while junior
Eric Gibson finished right behind him in 54
th with a time of 25:28.
Rounding out Dartmouth was sophomore
Colin Donnelly (25:31) in 58
th followed by junior
Jacob Winslow (25:48) in 65
th.
Dartmouth will be off for two weeks until they return to Boston on October 9 for the New England Championship.
