Lily Lockhart Shatters Program Record in Weight Throw as Women’s Track and Field Had Incredible Performances on Saturday

The Big Green competed at the Giegengack Invitational on Saturday.
The Dartmouth women's track and field team competed at the Giegengack Invitational at Yale's Coxe Cage on Saturday.
The Big Green also had one event at the BU Valentine Invitational remaining, the distance medley relay.

- Lily Lockhart and Julia Reglewski went 1-2 in the shot put and Lockhart came out with a huge PR of 14.59m, placing her sixth in program history. Lockhart and Reglewski currently sit second and third on the Ivy League performance list in shot put.
- Lockhart shattered her school record again in weight throw, taking first with a throw of 19.80m. This mark places her second on the Ivy League performance list.
- Anoush Krafian made the final in 60m hurdles with a new PR of 8.88, the fifth best mark in program history.
- The 4x4 took second with their fastest run of the season, coming in at 3:56.13. Krafian anchored the team with an unofficial time of 56.4 seconds.
- Over at BU, the distance medley relay team of Bella Pietrasiewicz, Arianna Gragg, Julia Fenerty, and Natalie Shapiro finished third overall, and now has the second fastest time in the Ivy League.
