Women’s Track and Field Off to Strong Start After Day One of Heps

Anoush Krafian and Lily Lockhart took second in their respective events.
The Dartmouth women's track and field team competed at day one of the Ivy League Indoor Heptagonal Championships on Saturday at The Armory.
HIGHLIGHTS
The Big Green finished with four total point scorers with four advancing to the finals on Sunday.

- Anoush Krafian took second place in the pentathlon with a new PR in the 800m.
- Gabriela Fasanelli finished fifth in the pentathlon with four new PR's and a new lifetime best in the pent.
- Corinne Robitaille crossed the finish line in 9:23.04 in the 3k for fifth place and seventh in program history.
- Emily Levonas finished 11th in the 3k with a new PR.
- Julia Fenerty won her heat in the 1000m and advances to the final on Sunday.
- Annie Jackson's 2:55 in the 1000m is a new lifetime best.
- Lily Lockhart took second in the weight throw.
- Tennison Brady-Steen threw for a new lifetime best in the weight throw with a throw of 14.66m.
- Joy Enaohwo advanced to the final in the 60m dash.
- Cori Hoffer advanced to the 200m dash final with a PR of 24.86.
- Maya Grudman jumped a college best 3.65m in the pole vault in her first Heps.
