HANOVER, N.H. — The Dartmouth men's squash team dropped its final home match of the 2022-23 season against the Princeton Tigers. The Big Green received a point against the Tigers for the first time since 2020 but could not overcome their Ivy League foe.
Mac Aube secured Dartmouth's lone win of the afternoon, knocking off Karim Elbarbary at the No. 2 position. After swapping sets with Princeton's representative, Aube won the fifth and decisive frame, 11-5.
Christian Shah and
Quintin Campbell pushed their foes to five sets, but could not help Dartmouth pick up its first win over Princeton since 2019.
Chris Zachary and
Lucan White each won a set in their matches.
Princeton secured 3-0 sweeps in four matches, as Dartmouth fell to 4-6 on the season and 0-3 in Ivy League play.
The Big Green are back in action for a pair of road Ivy League matchups next weekend against Columbia and Cornell. Dartmouth takes on Columbia Saturday, January 28 before taking on Cornell the following day. Both matches will begin at noon.
