HANOVER, N.H. — The Dartmouth women's hockey team travels to New York for a pair of ECAC Hockey matchups against No. 5 Colgate and No. 10 Cornell. The Big Green look to knock off ranked foes for the first time this season and climb the conference standings as the final weeks of the regular season approach.
LAST TIME OUT
The Big Green last took the ice Friday, January 20 and Saturday, January 21 at Thompson Arena. Dartmouth opened the weekend with a conference win over Union before falling the following day to the RPI Engineers.
Dartmouth's power play unit clicked in Friday's 3-1 win over the Dutchwomen. The Big Green scored three times on one five-minute major penalty, which shifted the momentum of the game.

CC Bowlby and
Carlie Primomo found the back of the net in the win.
Hill and Bowlby each recorded points against RPI, as both finished the weekend with a pair of points. Hill registered her first points of the 2022-23 season last weekend, while Bowlby scored goals in both tilts.
Sophomore goaltender
Maggie Emerson stopped 44 of 47 shots she faced over the weekend. The Belmont, Massachusetts native made timely stops in both of Dartmouth's games.
KNOCKING ON THE GLASS CEILING
The Big Green look to secure a pair of statement wins this weekend in ECAC Hockey competition following four competitive conference tilts.
Dartmouth is 1-3 in its last four conference games but has not lost a game by more than one goal against the likes of Quinnipiac, Harvard and RPI. The Big Green picked up a much-needed win over Union last weekend by a score of 3-1.
Emerson has been strong between the pipes over Dartmouth's last four tilts. She has recorded a goals against average of 2.26 and a save percentage of .920 over this span.
Dartmouth has played all four of its opponents closely dating back to its game against then-No. 3 Quinnipiac. The Big Green have recorded 112 shots, while their opponents have registered 113. Dartmouth has been outscored 9-8 over this span.
SCOUTING COLGATE
Colgate enters Friday's game against Dartmouth as the No. 5 ranked team in the nation by the USCHO poll. The Raiders hold a record of 20-4-1 and an ECAC Hockey record of 10-3-0.
The Raiders are coming off a home-and-home series against Cornell last weekend, winning the first matchup at home before falling on the road the following day to split the series.
Danielle Serdachny leads Colgate with 46 points in 25 games. She leads the nation in assists per game (1.20) and leads the ECAC in goals per game (0.64) alongside teammate Kristýna Kaltounková.
ALL-TIME AGAINST THE RAIDERS
Dartmouth holds a 33-18-3 record against Colgate in the all-time series.
Colgate has dominated recent matchups against Dartmouth, winning the last 12 meetings between the teams dating back to the 2014-15 season.
Dartmouth was defeated in a close contest by Colgate in November of 2022. The Big Green dropped a 3-2 decision to the Raiders at home to open the season series.

Cornell holds a record of 12-7-2 and an ECAC Hockey record of 9-4-1. The Big Red hold a No. 10 ranking in the USCHO poll.
The Big Red faced off with Colgate in a home-and-home series last weekend. Cornell was defeated on the road to open the series, before bouncing back with a statement win at home the following day.
Izzy Daniel and Gillis Frechette lead Cornell offensively, combining for 69 points in 21 games this season. Daniel leads the Big Red in goals (13), assists (23) and plus/minus (+16).
ALL-TIME AGAINST THE BIG RED
Dartmouth holds a slim 43-42-7 advantage on the Big Red in the all-time series.
The Big Green hosted Cornell in Hanover November 11, 2022. In a contest that saw 11 goals, Cornell escaped with a 6-5 victory over Dartmouth.

Cornell has dominated the series in recent matchups, winning 13 of its last 14 contests against Dartmouth.
