HANOVER, N.H. —
Justin DeSanto, Dartmouth's John Kenfield and Chuck Kinyon Head Coach, has announced the men's tennis program's 2024 schedule. The spring season begins on Saturday, Jan. 20 as the Big Green host Siena at Boss Tennis Center, and Ivy League play kicks off on Friday, April 5 when Brown visits Hanover.
The nonconference slate features 13 matches, in addition to the three-day ECAC Championship, which begins Friday, Feb. 16 at Harvard. The season concludes as Dartmouth makes another trip to Cambridge to face the Crimson on Saturday, April 27.
Following the season opener against Siena, the Big Green host Indiana on Friday, Jan. 26. A doubleheader against Boston University makes for an action-packed day at Boss Tennis Center the following Sunday. Purdue, who Dartmouth defeated on the road in 2023 as part of a 6-0 start to the season, visits on Friday, Feb. 2. St. John's is welcomed to Boss Tennis Center the next day for the Big Green's final match before the ECAC Championship.
Following the three-day stretch at Harvard, Dartmouth hits the road for two matches in Virginia — Liberty on Friday, Feb. 23 and William & Mary on Sunday, Feb. 25. The Big Green are back home to face NJIT and Bryant on Saturday, March 2 before another out-of-region trip pits them against Jacksonville State (Friday, March 15), Rice (Wednesday, March 20) and UTSA (Friday, March 22).
After Dartmouth seeks its 13th straight win over Brown in the Ivy League opener, the Big Green will head to Yale on Sunday, April 7 for their first road match of the Ancient Eight schedule. Two more road tests follow at Columbia (Saturday, April 13) and Cornell (Sunday, April 14) before Dartmouth returns home to host Princeton and Penn on back-to-back days the following weekend. A battle with defending Ivy League champion Harvard marks the end of the regular season.
