HANOVER, N.H. — The Dartmouth men's golf team travels to Greenwich, Connecticut for the 2023 Ivy League Championship this weekend, April 21-23. The Big Green look to show off their improvement throughout the spring season and earn a conference championship at the Stanwich Club this weekend.

Rich Parker brings six members of his team to Connecticut, including
Mark Turner,
Eli Kimche,
Aaron Zhang,
Justin Lee,
Alex Gu and
Eli Thrasher. Dartmouth's lineup will consist of five student-athletes, with one player on standby as a lineup substitute.
Turner, Dartmouth's co-captain, looks to continue his streak of impressive play this weekend at the Ivy League Championship. The senior comes into the weekend with four-straight top 10 finishes, which includes impressive performances at the Battle at Rum Pointe, Princeton Invitational and Roar-EE Invitational. He leads the Big Green in average score (72.87) and average vs. par (+1.57) and will be looked toward for a strong showing this weekend. His average against par currently ranks fourth all-time in program history.
Eli Kimche is set to compete at his second Ivy League Championship, as he represented the Big Green at the 2022 iteration of the event. The sophomore has shown his ability to impress at numerous events during the 2022-23 season. He secured a second-place finish at the Dartmouth Invitational on September 24-25. Kimche also placed third at the Columbia Autumn Invitational and holds Dartmouth's second-best average score this season (73.43).
Gu, Zhang, Lee and Thrasher are set to compete at their first conference championship event this weekend. Gu has secured four top-25 finishes this season, including an 11
th-place finish at the Dartmouth Invitational. He has competed at nine of Dartmouth's 10 events this season. Lee, a sophomore, finished tied for 12
th at the Cornell/Temple Fall Invite, shooting 3-over par on September 17-18.
Zhang enters this event with 19 rounds of collegiate golf under his belt. The freshman's best performance of the season came in his Big Green debut at the Dartmouth Invitational, where he secured a ninth-place finish. He is joined on the trip by fellow freshman, Thrasher, who has competed in 12 rounds this season.
The Ivy League Championship begins tomorrow, April 21 at the Stanwich Club. The Big Green and six other programs will tee off at 10 a.m. on Friday, Saturday and Sunday and will play one round each day. Live results will be available on
