NEW HAVEN, Conn. — DJ Matusz won the 800m race on Saturday as the Dartmouth men's track and field team competed at Yale's Last Chance Meet. The Big Green also competed at the New England Championships on Saturday at Northeastern University.

Matusz, the Ivy League champion in the 800m, won the event on Saturday with a time of 1:49.66.
Julien Hinz finished sixth in the race with a season best time of 1:52.39.
Isaac Weber nabbed a top 10 finish, taking ninth with a time of 1:53.16.

Albert Velikonja finished third in the 5000m race with a personal best time of 14:02.24.
Seth Weprin ran for a PR time of 3:49.77 in the 1500m run.

Jason Wang took fifth in the 3000m steeplechase with a time of 9:09.01.

Over at Northeastern,
Rahul Batlanki took third in the triple jump with a mark of 14.31m.

Colton McMaster finished fourth in the discus and seventh in the shot put, throwing for personal bests in both events with marks of 49.66m and 16.45m.
