HANOVER, N.H. — Douglas A. Donahue Jr. 1973 Head Coach of Men's and Women's Squash
Vikram Malhotra has announced the hiring of Oscar Lopez Hidalgo as an assistant coach for his programs. Lopez Hidalgo joins the Big Green following a season as an assistant women's squash coach at Trinity College.

Lopez Hidalgo was an accomplished collegiate squash student-athlete at Rochester, excelling during a four-year career. In his senior season he served as a co-captain and posted a 12-7 record, finishing his career as the No. 38 player in the nation, according to the CSA. A four-time Liberty League champion, Lopez Hidalgo finished his career with a perfect 13-0 record at the conference tournament between 2009-13.
"I am extremely excited and grateful to be joining the Dartmouth men's and women's squash teams and the Dartmouth community," Lopez Hidalgo said. "It will be an honor to work alongside
Vikram Malhotra and
Pam Anckermann. I look forward to my first season with the Big Green".
Lopez Hidalgo earned an undergraduate degree in psychology and a master's degree in human development from the University of Rochester.
