WOODFORD, Vt. / HANCOCK, Mass. — The Dartmouth ski team put forth another strong effort at the Williams Carnival on Saturday, but the Big Green were narrowly edged by Vermont in total points on the weekend as Dartmouth finished with 843 to the Catamounts' 846.5. The Big Green's men's Nordic team won the 15k relay to highlight a snowy Saturday.

In the 15k relay, fifth-year
Cameron Wolfe, and sophomores
Cooper Camp and
Jack Lange, finished with the top time of 40:52.7. Wolfe got the Big Green off to a strong start, finishing the first 5k in 13:29.4, then Camp and Lange did the rest. The Big Green's second men's relay team of junior

Aaron Power and
Dustin Hay also finished in the top 10, placing ninth (43:13.8).

On the women's side, Dartmouth's team of sophomore
Amelia Tucker, along with juniors
Nina Seemann and
Tatum Witter came in fifth with a time of 47:41.4. The Big Green's other team of junior
Emma Reeder, first-year
Evie Walton and senior
Garvee Tobin was right behind in sixth (48:50.6).

Meanwhile, sophomore
Oscar Zimmer took second in the slalom for the men's alpine team, posting a combined time of 1:32.37. It was his second podium finish of the season (along with third in the giant slalom at the Colby Carnival) and five for his career. Senior
Max Martin and junior
Oliver Morgan also finished in the top 10 in Saturday's slalom, coming in sixth and tied for seventh with total times of 1:32.95 and 1:33.03, respectively.

On the women's side, sophomore
Zoe Zimmermann earned a spot on the podium, placing third (1:40.61). It marked her second podium of the season, also coming in third in the slalom at the Harvard Carnival. Zimmermann's second run time of 52.1 on Saturday was fastest among the field. Fifth-year

Izzy Washburn in 11th (1:42.93).

On Sunday, the Big Green will be competing in an NCAA Qualifier for the slalom in Hillsdale, N.Y. The whole team will return to action next weekend at the Middlebury Carnival.
