"It's great to see our team and players show up in the regional rankings," said head coach
Justin DeSanto, who just finished his first season at the helm. "Being ranked No. 4 in the New England region is a great start to what we are trying to accomplish as we look to be the best team in the region and eventually, the Ivy League. The individual contribution of all our players is really showing through in these rankings. Specifically, having two ranked singles players and two ranked doubles teams, is a testament to the hard work these guys are putting in to warrant a big change in program direction."
Another impressive honor came from Chang, who received the ITA Rafael Osuna Sportsmanship Award.
"It comes as no surprise that
Logan Chang has been given the sportsmanship award," said DeSanto. "Logan is a remarkable young man who strives for excellence in all aspects of his life and has no issue achieving it. He continually brings up those around him by being a great leader, but more importantly, a great person. I'm very happy he has been given this honor."
