Pham Joins Men's Tennis Coaching Staff

HANOVER, N.H.-- John Kenfield and Chuck Kinyon Head Coach of Men's Tennis, Justin DeSanto announced the addition of Nam Pham to the coaching staff as an assistant coach.

Pham joins the Big Green following a four year career at Illinois State as a member of the men's tennis team. As a player he was named the Summit League Player of the Year in 2022, he also earned an All-Summit League selection in 2022, 2023, and 2024.

While competing at the college level, Pham also served as both tennis coach and tennis instructor at multiple organizations. Most recently he served as a tennis coach at the Overland Park Racquet Club in Overland Park, Kansas.

DeSanto is excited to add Pham to the coaching staff. "The addition of Nam to our team is a big win for Dartmouth men's tennis. As a very accomplished college tennis player, he will round out our coaching staff perfectly as someone who was successful on court because of his tactical approach to the game. He competed with true passion every time he stepped on the court, and I can tell that passion will translate into him being one of the best young coaches in our sport."

The Big Green are back in action at the ITA All-American Championships in Tulsa, Oklahoma starting on Saturday, Sept. 21.
