PHIADELPHIA, Pa.—The Dartmouth men's tennis team fell to Princeton 4-0 on Friday to open the ECAC Indoor Championship.

Doubles

Alex Knox-Jones and Henry Ren were paired up in second doubles and fell 6-4 to the Princeton duo.

Carlos Guerrero Alvarez and Miles Groom played together in third doubles for the Big Green. The Dartmouth duo fell 6-2 as Princeton secured the doubles point.

Waleed Qadir and Yujiro Onuma were teamed up in first doubles for the Big Green. They were in a back and forth battle with the Tigers before the match was ended as Princeton secured the doubles point.

Singles

Princeton notched its first singles win in sixth singles as Onuma fell 6-1, 6-1.

The Tigers took a 3-0 lead with a fourth singles win as Groom fell 6-0, 6-2.

Princeton notched the match win with a two set win in second singles. Ren fell 6-4 in the first set and 6-1 in the second set.

Guerrero Alvarez (#1 Singles), Hikara Takeda (#3 Singles), and Knox-Jones (#5 Singles) all did not finish their matches after Princeton secured the match win.

The Big Green continue the tournament on Saturday at Noon as they take on Delaware in Philadelphia.
