Men's Swim And Dive Opens Ivy League Championship With 200m Medley Relay Record

PRINCETON, N.J. – The Dartmouth men's swim and dive team kicked off the 2026 Ivy League Championships at Princeton's Denunzio Pool, achieving several milestones for the team.
Dartmouth opened the meet with a strong showing in the 200 medley relay, setting a program record of 1:26.61. Andrew Chou, David Kushnirsky, Jacob Turner and William McClelland combined for a season-best performance, highlighted by lifetime-best splits from Chou (21.58) and Turner (19.68).
The Big Green closed the night in the 800 free relay, finishing the event in 6:29.04. The team of Jacob Turner, Yan Dvoretskiy, Colton Rasmussen and Isaac Weigel delivered a competitive performance, with Yan recording a lifetime-best split of 45.43 on the second leg to help pace the group.
Through two events, Dartmouth sits with 90 points as the four-day championship continues. With multiple lifetime bests already on the board, the Big Green carried strong energy and momentum out of day one at the Ivy League meet.
