Played in 16 games, making nine starts… Had two multi-hit games, going 2-for-3 vs. Boston College and 2-for-4 at Merrimack… Knocked a single in his pinch hit at bat in the regular series finale vs. Yale.
JUNIOR (2024)
Made 17 starts for the Big Green, also making eight appearances off the bench for 25 total games played ... knocked 15 hits, a third of which were for two bases, for a .217 batting average ... knocked one home run and drove in nine runs ... had two two-RBI games, one on the Spring Trip at California Baptist in which Carroll went 2-for-4 with a double, and at home against Columbia, a 2-for-5 day with two runs and a triple.
SOPHOMORE (2023)
Four of his five hits went for extra bases … did not commit an error in 75 chances behind the plate … threw out 4-of-15 base stealers … collegiate debut came at 22nd-ranked Miami as a defensive replacement … collected first career hit at South Florida in his first start behind the plate … ripped a double and blasted his first career home run in a 12-10 defeat at UCF … homered again in the Ivy League opener at Princeton … stroked a double, walked and scored twice against Boston College … injured in a play at the plate at Columbia causing him to miss the final three weeks of the season.
