Appeared in eight of the 10 games ... served primarily on the field goal and point after special teams units.
SOPHOMORE (2009)
Played mostly with the jayvee team, but made an appearance on the field with the varsity in the landmark 28-6 victory over Columbia.
FRESHMAN (2008)
Spent the season playing with the junior varsity squad.
HIGH SCHOOL
All-academic selection as a senior ... won “Claude Rains Award” as the unheralded “invisible man” on high school team ... played basketball until senior year when he chose to work in the weight room instead of play hoops in order to get bigger and stronger for the gridiron ... earned four letters in football and two in basketball.
