Kayleigh Fournier was hired in October of 2019 as the assistant director of strength and conditioning. In her second stint with the Big Green, Fournier will oversee men's and women's basketball, men's and women's lacrosse, and alpine skiing, plus will assist with football.
Fournier was most recently the head strength and conditioning coach at New York University where she oversaw the Violets' basketball, soccer, volleyball, wrestling, swimming & diving, track & field, tennis, golf and fencing teams.
No stranger to the Upper Valley, Fournier was an assistant strength coach at Dartmouth from 2013-16. She worked with women's basketball, lacrosse, men's soccer, volleyball, women's tennis, and alpine skiing.
Prior to her first time at Dartmouth, the Massachusetts native joined the Big Green after serving two years as an assistant strength and conditioning coach at Yale. During her time with the Bulldogs, she designed and implemented the strength & conditioning programs for no fewer than 12 teams. In 2009, she graduated from Florida Gulf Coast with a degree in human performance, then went on to earn her master's in physical education with a concentration in strength and conditioning from Bridgewater State in 2010.
Fournier is a certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). She is also a certified level 1 USA Weightlifting Coach, reflexive performance reset coach and functional movement screen coach.
