I came to Dartmouth for its fine academic reputation, its placid waters and for warm showers after freezing rows in the late fall/early spring.
How long have you been rowing and what got you interested in rowing?
I've rowed since freshman year of high school when the coach of our rival school's team told my mom "hey, your sons pretty big, he should row." That phrase has pretty much defined the way I live my life.
Have you won any academic or rowing awards recently?
This year I was nominated for the Class of 1948 Scholar-Athlete Award and was selected to be one of Dartmouth's all-ivy student-atheletes.
Tell me something interesting about you that might come as a surprise to your teammates.
Deep down...underneath all the nerdy references...I'm really a huge jock.
What are your future plans, if any.
We are now taking your suggestions in the box located outside of locker #122, Men's Locker Room, Friends of Dartmouth Rowing Boathouse, Hanover, NH 03755
