Junior (2024-25):
Competed in 15 meets for the Big Green this season…Swam a lifetime best in the 100 breast against Princeton in the opening meet…Beat his lifetime best again in to 100 breast with a time of 54.74 at Ivy League Championships that placed him third all-time in the event.
Sophomore (2023-24):
Won the 100 breast in the season opener over Princeton with a time of 56.38 seconds.
Alongside Alexander Ye, Colton Rassmussen, and Tim Park posted a 1:29.97 in the 200 medley relay, the fifth best Big Green time.
Was a finalist in the 200 breast at the Ivy League Championship.
First-Year (2022-23)
Won the 400 medley relay alongside Alexander Ye, Joe Moll, and Tim Park in a meet win against Bates, collecting a pool record of 3:23.38. Also won the 200 breaststroke, collecting another pool record with a 2:04.06.
Collected a personal best 55.97 second 100 breast time, also a meet record, in the Tate Ramsden Invitational.
Before Dartmouth:
Earned an honorable mention from the Southern Connecticut Conference while swimming for Cheshire.
Won the Superintendent Award for outstanding achievement at Cheshire.
Personal: Son of Ping and Hang Chen … Has one brother … Plans to study economics and computer science and pursue a career in finance.
