Lee Adam Murtha is a graduate of Conneaut High School from Pierpoint, OH. In high school he earned varsity letter in football, wrestling, and track and field. In 2002 he competed in wrestling in the Northeastern Conference and held a final win-loss record of 24-6. In 2005 he competed in the All-Ashtabula County and Northeastern Conference Championships for track under the shot put and discus events.

In football Lee was named 1st All Conference, 1st All-Country, 1st All-District, and Honorable Mention for All-Ohio in 2005. He was named to the Honorable Mention list for All-County in 2005 for wrestling, and also in the same year, was named 1st All-County an d 1st All-Conference for track.

Lee was also a part of the Math Team, Academic Challenge, and was interested in journalism. At Dartmouth he plans to study Mathematics with tentative career plans in Business.
