Before Dartmouth: Lucas was a four time letter winner in football, wrestling, and track…served as a senior captain for football, wrestling, and track where he was also captain his junior year…Lucas was a star track player in high school winning multiple awards and honors...two-time State Champ ('12-'13 and '13-'14) as well as New England Champ ('13-'14 and '14-'15)...his senior season he attended the New Balance Nationals...senior season Lucas set many records and is still currently a record holder...he was rewarded for his dedication to track his junior and senior season when he recieved All-New England honors...his senior season he was chosen as a track and field All-American

Personal: Lucas is the son of Horlandino Ribeiro Neto and Naiv de Souza Ribeiro...has one brother...enjoys fishing, spending time with his family, playing with children and horseback riding…plans on studying engineering at Dartmouth so he can pursue a career in either engineering or economics...he is interested in community service and music.
