Caitlin attended high school at Bishop Sullivan Catholic HS in Virginia Beach. While in high school she lettered all four years in swimming and was a four-time first team all-conference , all-state as a sophomore and junior, MVP as a freshman and junior, and was on the USA Swimming Scholastic All-American team as a junior. She was a two-time NCSA Junior National participant for Old Dominion Aquatic under coach Steve Bialorucki.
Plans to study computer science/pre-med at Dartmouh
Caitlin is the daughter of Christopher and Susan Foley and she one brother and one sister.
