Zoe Leonard was named an assistant coach in March of 2020.
From 2015-18, Leonard was an integral part of the Big Green volleyball team, leading the way in either digs or assists three out of her four years. As a senior, she was named to the All-Ivy second team and Academic All-Ivy. She made her way into the Dartmouth all-time record book in two categories: a match-high 33 digs against Brown (T7th) and a career total of 936 digs (16th).

Since graduating in May of 2019, Leonard served as a Peak Performance Academic Advisor. She stepped in during the interim to assist students with course selection, academic advising, tutor matching, study skills and general DP2 support. Leonard has also been the supervisor for the Jaeger Civic Interns, a position she held for three years a student. The internship is focused on volunteer and community service initiatives amongst student-athletes.

As a student, she was the secretary for the Dartmouth Volleyball Friends Executive Committee, assisted the marketing department with game day promotions, on the Student Athlete Advisory Committee, a Dartmouth Athletics fundraising intern, and a member of both the Hawaii Club and the Native American Program.

A native of Hilo, Hawaii, Leonard graduated with a degree in linguistics modified with sociology. She received the Senior Class Legacy Award (2019) and the Dartmouth Class of 1950 Award (2018). She took part in the Tuck School of Business Bridge Program, a highly selective program taught by MBA faculty at Dartmouth.
