RIDGEFIELD, Conn. -- Air Force jumped out to a 7-3 lead at halftime and the Dartmouth men's lacrosse team couldn't rally, dropping a 13-8 decision to the Falcons on Saturday.
Griffin Nevitt scored four goals while Will Meister and Conrad Lochocki both added three as Air Force improved to 3-4 on the season with its third straight win.
The Big Green's record went to 3-2 on the year prior to Tuesday's matchup at No. 1 Maryland.
For No. 16 Dartmouth, senior Jamie Coffin (Greenwich, Conn.) scored two goals and added three assists. Freshman Brian Koch (Rye, N.Y.) had two goals along with one assist, while senior Alec Hufnagel (Scarsdale, N.Y.) also scored twice.
Junior Nick Bonacci (Crofton, Md.) had three assists to go along with one goal.
