HANOVER, N.H. - Dartmouth junior J.T. Wyman (Wayzata, Minn.) helped the Big Green to two wins in the ECAC Hockey League Quarterfinals last weekend. Wyman scored five points in the two victories helping him secure his first ECACHL Weekly Award of the season.
Wyman started the weekend off on Friday with Dartmouth's first goal of the game, a power play strike midway through the opening stanza. He notched the game winner early in the second period during a four-goal stanza in which he assisted on the Big Green's second goal. Wyman picked up his fourth point of the night, assisting on the last goal of the contest. The four points were a career-high for Wyman as Dartmouth defeated Princeton, 6-2. The next night he scored his second game winner of the weekend and his team-leading fourth of the season as the Big Green took a 3-2 victory.
The Big Green now moves on to the ECACHL tournament semifinals, where they will face Clarkson on Friday night at the Times Union Center in Albany. The two teams will face off at 8:00 pm. The winner of that game will advance to Saturday's championship game at 8 pm. The loser will play in the consolation contest at 4:30 pm.
