Dartmouth puts it on the line this weekend, starting at Brown (3-15, 1-3 Ivy) on Friday night at 7 p.m. and then taking on Yale (9-9, 2-2 Ivy) on Saturday at 6 p.m. The Big Green leads the all-time series against Brown, 44-19, and Yale, 48-14.

QUICK HITS
? The Big Green is in the midst of a seven-game road swing and will not return home to Leede Arena until Feb. 13.
? Senior forward Darcy Rose has not put up the biggest numbers this season but has been as steady as they come on both ends of the court. Rose gave Dartmouth an 11-point/11-rebound double-double in the win at Princeton last weekend and averages a solid 8.3 points and 6.7 rebounds per game.
? Not known for her scoring prowess, Margaret Smith recorded her fourth career double-digit scoring output with 12 points at Princeton including seven in an heroic overtime effort. Smith has scored 10+ points in three of the last four games.
? The third time was a charm when it came to overtime games for Dartmouth, finally breaking through on its third try with a 71-67 overtime win at Princeton. The Big Green was 5-5 from the floor in OT.
? The Big Green is 8-0 when outrebounding or matching its opponent on the glass. This past weekend, Dartmouth had just one more rebound than Princeton (40-39) and was even with Penn, 28-28.
? Sophomore guard Meghan McFee is having a breakout season after playing in just 13 games and scoring three points as a rookie. Since joining the starting lineup five games ago at Harvard, McFee is averaging 10.6 points, 4.6 rebounds and 2.4 steals per game.
MILESTONE WINS
In addition to remaining unbeaten in league play, Dartmouth reached a pair of milestone victories at Princeton and Penn. On Jan. 30 at Princeton, the Big Green secured the program's 500th victory all-time. The following night, Jan. 31 at Penn, the Big Green delivered Coach Wielgus' 200th Ivy League victory and 390th career win. Dartmouth has 11 games left in the regular season to get her to 400 this year.
DOMINANT DEFENSE
The Green is 7-0 this season when holding its opponent under 60 points and has held its last seven opponents below 60 points in regulation. Princeton scored 52 in regulation before finishing with 67 in overtime. Four times, Dartmouth has kept its opponent under 50 points including the 39 points scored by Penn on Jan. 31 and Michigan State scored just 48 in regulation before finishing with an even 60 after overtime.
SCHRAM HAS CLASS
Senior guard Koren Schram has been named one of 10 national finalists for the prestigious Lowe's Senior CLASS Award, which celebrates excellence in competition, classroom, community and character. Schram, a psychology/pre-med major, is a two-time All-Ivy honoree on the court and has worked toward her goal of becoming a doctor through recent research internships.
Schram is the only Ivy League player among the finalists on either the men's or women's side. It is second-straight season that a Dartmouth women's basketball player has been up for the award - Sydney Scott '08 made the initial 30-woman list in 2007-08.
ROSE MAKES THE GRADE
Senior forward Darcy Rose has been voted to the CoSIDA Academic All-District Second Team. In addition to averaging 8.3 points and 6.7 rebounds per game, Rose maintains a 3.83 gpa majoring in linguistics with a French minor. Dartmouth is part of the highly competitive District I, which had more than 40 female student-athletes on its ballot, with 10 total named to two all-district teams.
ROAD WARRIORS
The Big Green will look to continue its recent road success this weekend, playing its sixth and seventh consecutive away games. Dartmouth has won five-straight, all on the road, heading into this Brown-Yale weekend. The Big Green plays 16 of its 28 games away from Leede Arena this season and has checked 11 off that list. Including this weekend Dartmouth has logged roughly 8,200 miles to date.
SUPER SOPHOMORES
With two seniors and three juniors on the roster, Dartmouth is not likely to be classified as a young team, but at Princeton and Penn the youth served the Big Green well. At Princeton, sophomore Meghan McFee went off for a career-high 21 points and the next night, classmate Brittney Smith dominated Penn with 28 points along with four blocks defensively.
GOOD MEMORIES IN PROVIDENCE
The last time Dartmouth was at the Pizzitola Center proved to be a great night for the Big Green. After squeezing by Brown to close its season at 11-3, the team waited in the locker room to hear the Yale-Harvard results. The Bulldogs wound up knocking off the Crimson to crown Dartmouth, Harvard and Cornell tri-champions of the Ivy League for 2007-08.
40 DAYS & 40 NIGHTS
Once the Big Green makes it through this weekend, it will finally return home to Leede Arena to host Columbia-Cornell on Feb. 13- 14. Dartmouth's return home will be after a 40-day span between home games.
SCHRAM FOR THREE
Senior guard Koren Schram is one of the finest three-point shooters in the game. Against Penn she reached 171 made threes for her career, tying her with Dartmouth great Angie Soriaga '06 for third-place all time. Schram's numbers are especially impressive especially considering her limited playing time as a rookie. She'll have to settle for third, however, as three-point specialists Jeannie Cullen '06 and Courtney Banghart '00 have a firm hold on first with 273.
