Dartmouth Takes Third in Final Show of Fall Season

ETNA, N.H. — The Dartmouth equestrian came in third at the second home show of the season on Saturday, Nov. 7, at Morton Farm. The show featured 11 teams.
Highlights of the day included freshman Olivia Champ winning Open Fences and sophomore Sarah Cohen winning the Cross-Rail Equitation class, and juniors Staci Mannella and Christiana Salvatori both earning second-place showings in Intermediate Fences and Novice Fences, respectively.
Junior Meaghan Haugh earned second place in her first outing in Open Flat, with classmates Morgan Finegan and Catherine Conway earned first and second, respectively, in Intermediate Flat.
Sophomore Claire Bick won the next Intermediate Flat class, and junior Christiana Salvatori had a win in Novice Flat a few classes later. Freshman Erin McCarthy Keeler was second in Novice Flat, and sophomore Elle MacAlpine was second in advanced walk trot canter, which qualified her for the next division up.
