Series Opener at Cal Poly Postponed Due to Rain

SAN LUIS OBISPO, Calif. — Strong storms along the West Coast have caused the postponement of the first game of the series between the Dartmouth baseball team and the host Cal Poly Mustangs on Thursday evening. The game has been rescheduled as part of a doubleheader on Friday with this game beginning at 3/6 p.m. (PDT/EDT) with the second contest starting 45 minutes after the conclusion of the opener.

The Big Green (3-9) will send junior Cole O'Connor (1-2, 2.70) to the mound to start the series with senior Jack Fossand (1-1, 6.00) set for game two. The finale of the nine-game, spring-break trip will have senior Clay Chatham (1-1, 5.40) starting on the hill for Dartmouth on Saturday at noon/3 p.m. (PDT/EDT).
