HANOVER, N.H. — Dartmouth's Bobby Clark Head Coach of Men's Soccer,
Bo Oshoniyi, will serve as a panelist at the 2021 United Soccer Coaches Digital Convention next week. The topic of conversation on his panel will be, "Coach and Captain Journey to a Championship."
Joining Oshoniyi on the panel will be Ray Reid, head men's soccer coach at the University of Connecticut and Oshoniyi's college head coach at Southern Connecticut State;
Chris Gbandi, head men's soccer coach at Northeastern University and a former Dartmouth assistant; Carlos Somoano, head men's soccer coach at the University of North Carolina; and Ben Speas, director of men's soccer operations at the University of North Carolina. Charlie Inverso, the head men's soccer coach at Rider University, will serve as the moderator.
"It's an honor to be on a such a prestigious panel to discuss the two national championships we were fortunate to win at Southern Connnecticut," Oshoniyi said. "Being able to reminisce about that journey with Ray Reid will be a lot of fun."
The convention, which begins on Jan. 11 and continues through Jan. 15, will give attendees live access to 50 educational sessions and workshops presented by some of the top talent in the world. Coaches from the MLS, NWSL, national federations, top European clubs and NCAA soccer programs will all participate in the various sessions.
