Dartmouth Heads to the Ivy League Heptagonal Championship

HANOVER, N.H. — The Dartmouth women's cross country team will line up alongside seven of its conference foes Saturday morning at the 2021 Ivy League Heptagonal Championship meet at the West Windsor Fields in Princeton, N.J.

The Big Green will look to improve on their 2019 finish, where they came in eighth with 174 points.

Dartmouth has started the season well, with several top-3 team finishes, including first place in the season-opening Maribel Sanchez Souther Invitational. The Big Green took third at the New England Championship and followed that up with second-place finish one week later at the Princeton Invitational.

Dartmouth took the top-3 individual spots in the season-opening meet, as freshman Ellie Tymorek, junior Corinne Robitaille, and freshman Emma Kerimo finished 1-2-3 and cruised to victory.

An awards ceremony will follow the conclusion of the men's 8k race around 1:00. First-team honors goes to the runners who finish first through seventh, while second-team goes to the runners who finish eighth through 14^th.
