Ohad Yahalom each earned a spot on Second-Team All-Ivy teams for their accomplishments on the field this season. Senior defender
Mothibi Penn-Kekana was named to the Academic All-Ivy team and earned recognition as an All-Ivy Honorable Mention as well.
It is the second Second-Team All-Ivy selection for Yahalom. He was named to the second team in 2019 as well. For Weisdorf, it is his first All-Ivy selection. Penn-Kekana earned a spot on the Academic All-Ivy team for the second time and it is his first time being recognized as an All-Ivy Honorable Mention.
Weisdorf played in all 15 games for the Big Green and made 14 starts. He ranked second on the team in minutes behind only Penn-Kekana. He finished the season with a team-leading two assists and consistently was involved on the offensive end, despite his defensive position.
Yahalom started all 15 games this season for Dartmouth. He ranked third on the team in minutes played and was an integral part of controlling the midfield for the Big Green. He finished the season with one goal and was also named to the CoSIDA Academic All-District I team.
Penn-Kekana played in all 15 games this season, making 14 starts he led the team in minutes played and was a defensive anchor as a center defender on the back line. He earned Academic All-Ivy recognition for his performance in the classroom as an economics major. He has a 3.74 GPA and has aided in the community, teaching math and chemistry in South Africa among his other accomplishments
Bo Oshoniyi, Bobby Clark head coach of men's soccer, spoke on the recognition his players received. "It's always great to see when our players get recognized for their ability on the field by the other coaches in our league," he said. "Ivy League men's soccer has some of the best players in the country competing to win championships, so for Ohad, Mothibi and Louis to be singled out is a great achievement for them and our program."
