HANOVER, N.H. – No. 5 heavyweight rowing will compete against No. 7 Brown in the Atalanta Cup on the Seekonk River on Saturday.

The Big Green last won in 2017 and the Bears have claimed the last two cups. The last Atalanta Cup was on April 27, 2019, with the next two years being canceled due to COVID-19.

The last time it raced on April 9, fourth-ranked Dartmouth came second to No. 1 Yale in the Olympic Axe, besting the Bulldogs in the 4V while falling in the other three events.

Next weekend, the Green will race against Syracuse and Boston University on Lake Morey in Vermont.
