BOSTON, Mass. — The Dartmouth men's cross country team finished in sixth place at the Ivy League Heptagonal Cross Country Championship on Saturday afternoon at Franklin Park in Boston.
Princeton won the team title with 40 points, narrowly beating Harvard, who finished with 43 points. Dartmouth posted 146 points for the event.
Will Daley paced the Big Green, finishing in 17
th place with a time of 24:35.2.
Albert Velikonja took 19
th in the race with a time of 24:43.0.
Declan O'Scannlain grabbed 30
th place after posting a time of 25:14.5. Rounding out the scoring for the Big Green was
James Lawrence in 40
th with a time of 25:33.8 and
Maclean Hadden in 44
th with a time of 25:36.6.
Harvard's Graham Blanks was the individual champion after completing the race in 23:47.4
Dartmouth now turns its attention towards the NCAA Northeast Regional at Van Cortlandt Park on Friday, Nov. 10.
