HARTFORD, Conn. — A tightly contested match between No. 10 Dartmouth and No. 14 Williams came down to a battle at the third position.
Christian Shah of the Big Green edged out Andrew Minnis of Williams in four sets to give his team a 5-4 victory in the Hoehn Cup semifinal round Saturday afternoon.

Aryan Khandelwal and
Auggie Bhavsar also defeated their opponents, lifting Dartmouth to victory. The Big Green battled hard, even in matches lost, to secure a finals berth at the CSA National Collegiate Men's Team Championships in Hartford, Connecticut.
Shah exchanged the first two sets with Minnis, before taking the last two frames to seal his win and the match for the Big Green. Zachary won the opening two sets against Asher Leavy at position No. 4 before dropping the next two frames. He recovered, taking the fifth by a score of 11-7.
Feldman was dominant in his match at the seventh position against Alex Akbari, recording the only 3-0 sweep of the afternoon for either team. Khandelwal and Bhavsar each won their matches in four sets at positions No. 8 and 9, respectively.
Jack Bell and
Mac Aube fought valiantly at the first two positions, falling just short in five sets.
Quintin Campbell and
Lucan White each took a set in their matches.
The Big Green will face off with No. 9 Columbia tomorrow morning in the finals of the Hoehn Cup. Dartmouth takes the court at 10:30 a.m. and a live stream to the action will be available on YouTube. Check the men's squash schedule page to access the stream.
