Henry Bonnie gave the Dartmouth men's lacrosse team a 10-8 lead with 5:25 left in the third quarter, but Brown answered with six of the game's final seven tallies, including six straight, to beat the Big Green 14-11 on Saturday afternoon. Senior
Nate Davis posted a career-high six points via three goals and three assists. Fifth-year
Mitchell Myers won 14-of-27 faceoffs with nine groundballs to reach 264 GBs in his career, breaking Phil Hession's (2012-15) previous program record of 263.

With the win, Brown improves to 3-9 and 2-3 in the Ivy League. Dartmouth falls to 3-9 and 0-5 in the league.

Davis' hat trick marked his second of the season and first since the season opener. Junior
Colin McGill had his second straight hat trick and sixth of the season, scoring three times. First-year
Elliott Fee tallied a career-high three points (one goal, two assists) while junior
Brandon Ventarola also recorded multiple points with a goal and assist.

Defensively, sophomore
Thomas Goguen increased his team-high total for caused turnovers, posting two to reach 18 on the season, while adding three groundballs. First-year
Luke Lowery also caused a pair of turnovers. Dartmouth caused 11 of Brown's 19 turnovers on the afternoon.
It took just 1:01 for the Big Green to take the lead, as Ventarola scored unassisted. After consecutive Brown scores, Dartmouth answered with three in a row, all coming in the span of 39 seconds. The first two goals were scored by sophomore
Emmett Paradine and junior
Quinn Moore before Davis finished his first, off a Goguen assist, to make it 4-2 with 5:57 left in the first quarter.

The back-and-forth action continued, with Brown tallying the next three to take a 5-4 lead at the 8:30 mark of the second. But Dartmouth ended the half with four of the final five goals. The first and fourth Big Green goals in that run were netted by Davis, the second coming with just one second left in the shot clock.
The teams traded goals early in the third quarter, with markers coming from McGill and Bonnie. However, Brown scored the final two goals of the stanza to pull even at 10 heading to the fourth. The Bears then scored four straight to begin the fourth to take a 14-10 lead with 8:37 on the clock. McGill answered off the ensuing faceoff just six seconds later, but the Big Green couldn't get any closer.

Final shots were 53-36 in favor of Brown while the Bears held a 33-27 edge in groundballs. As a team, Dartmouth won 15-of-28 faceoffs, with junior
Vincent Gandolfo also winning the only one he took.
