HANOVER, N.H. – Over the summer, eight members of the Big Green dedicated their summers to baseball, playing in six different leagues on eight different teams all across the country.

Some student athletes remained local, taking their talents to the Vermont Mountaineers of the New England Collegiate Baseball League. Some returned to their home states for the summer, playing for local teams.

Here is the full list of Big Green student-athletes that played summer baseball and their accomplishments.

Nico Bañez: Winter Garden Squeeze (Florida Collegiate Summer League)
Bañez played in 25 games for the Garden Squeeze, collecting 38 at bats. He drew 12 walks, finding himself on base 15 total times. Bañez also scored seven runs.

Ethan Brown: Chillicothe Paints (Prospect League)
In 27 games with the Paints, Brown posted a .241 batting average with ten extra base hits, eight doubles, one triple, and one home run. Brown also collected 16 RBI and drew 10 walks.

Brown collected four multi-RBI games, including a four-RBI game in only his sixth game of the season, an 11-6 victory. He collected three RBI in a game twice.

Mac Burke: Bristol Blues (New England Collegiate Baseball League)
Burke tossed 7.2 innings of relief across eight appearances. He fanned nine batters, dealing only three walks.

Half of Burke's appearances were scoreless, including his last in which he allowed only one hit in 1.2 innings. He also pitched the day before, fanning two batters in one inning of work at Mystic.

Zackarie Casebonne: Rags Rookies (New Orleans Boosters All-American Collegiate League)
Casebonne hit .284 this summer, knocking five doubles and 11 RBI. While at the plate, Casebonne also drew 12 walks.Â

Marco Dumksy: Grand Lake Mariners (Great Lakes Collegiate Summer Ball League)
Dumsky appeared in six games for the Mariners, five of which he came out of the bullpen. He threw 16 total innings, giving up 13 hits, and fanning 20 batters. He finishes the season with a 4.50 earned run average.

His one start came in his last appearance of the year. Dumsky allowed four runs on seven hits, dealing one walk and fanning five batters. He recorded six strikeouts, the most in one appearance this summer in 3.0 innings against the Clippers.

Nate Isler: Vermont Mountaineers (NECBL)
Isler made seven appearances for the Mountaineers, collecting three saves over nine innings of work. He put up four scoreless outings, including two in which he threw two full innings.

In his first appearance, Isler allowed two runs on two hits in one inning of work. After another multi run outing, he threw three straight scoreless appearances, allowing only one hit over six innings of relief.

Chris Miller: Sedalia Bombers (MINK League)
Miller played 22 of the Bombers' 36 games, posting a .203 batting average with eight RBI.

On June 19, Miller had a two-RBI game in a riveting 17-16 Bombers win. Miller went 2-for-3 with two runs of his own and a double. He also showed his speed on the bases, stealing four bases.

Aidan Plummer: Michigan Monarchs (Great Lakes League)
Plummer made eight appearances over the summer with the Monarchs, including two starts, tossing 16 total innings. He started the summer with one scoreless inning of work in a win over the Locos. He also posted a scoreless outing against the Clippers.

Plummer finishes his season with 14 total strikeouts.
