Ashley Heist brings maturity and perspective to the lacrosse field after serving as starting goalie parts of the last two years with the Dartmouth field hockey team and serving as that squad's captain as a junior. On the lacrosse field, she saw action in two games a year ago, closing out wins over Vermont and Harvard, allowing two goals. Playing behind All-American Devon Wills the year before, she saw limited action, appearing in three games. She won her way onto both the Dartmouth field hockey and lacrosse teams with hard work and desire. A top student, she has been selected to the NFHCA Division I Academic Squad. A standout in both field hockey and lacrosse in high school, she led Episcopal lacrosse to conference championships her sophomore and junior years and a 13-0 mark as a junior. After her senior year of lacrosse, she was named an academic All-American.
