Junior (2012): Flynn has improved every season for the Big Green and the results showed on the field his junior year ... started all 14 games for Dartmouth ... grabbed 25 ground balls (a new career high) ... led the team with 16 caused turnovers (a new career high) ... in six Ivy games, he grabbed 12 ground balls and caused seven turnovers ... named second-team All-Ivy and second-team All-NEILA ... earned the team's Dedication and Sacrifice Award.
Sophomore (2011): In his second season, Flynn appeared in 12 games, starting all 12 ... playing for the Big Green defense, he grabbed 23 ground balls and caused 10 turnovers ... took only one shot ... played in all six Ivy League games, grabbing 11 ground balls and causing three turnovers ... won two of seven faceoffs ... had four penalties for 2.5 minutes.
Freshman (2010): Appeared all 13 games for the Big Green ... was one of three freshmen to play in all games ... earned his first collegiate start against Wagner on March 11 ... scored first collegiate goal on the final day of the season in the 10-9 overtime loss to Brown on May 1 ... became the third long-stick to score a goal in 2010 ... finished with 10 ground balls and three caused turnovers ... played in all six Ivy League games.

Conference Championships and two Group 1 State Championships ... Mountain Lakes went
21-1 with Flynn as a junior ... was a team captain for both lacrosse and football in his final
year ... named a high school All-American as a senior and was on the U.S. Lacrosse
Northeast Player to Watch list ... first team all-state, all-county and all-conference in 2009
