Senior (2016): As a senior, he appeared in 11 games and started six … in 407 minutes of action, he made 68 saves… his 73 goals against had him tied for second in the Ivy League … had a .482 save percentage and 10.77 goals against average … tied for sixth on the team with 24 ground balls … picked up a win in the 13-12 victory over Michigan … had a season-high 13 saves against Sacred Heart.
Junior (2015): Was one of four players to appear in and start all 13 games throughout the season … in 719:12 minutes of play, he made 128 saves while allowing 149 goals … had 12.43 goals against average and a .462 save percentage … third on the team with 40 ground balls … against Sacred Heart and UMass Lowell, he stopped a season-high 13 shots.
Sophomore (2014): Throughout his sophomore season in net, he appeared in 11 games, including six Ivy League contests … in 582:50 minutes of action, he made 116 saves and allowed 125 goals … recorded one assist against Princeton on April 12 … had a .481 save percentage …third on the team with 35 ground balls.
Freshman (2013): In his first season with the Big Green, Friedensohn appeared in one game between the pipes … in 2:23 of action, made one save and allowed a pair of goals … registered a .333 save percentage.
Before Dartmouth: Four-year letterwinner in lacrosse and football at his high school … his lacrosse team won the DI MA State Championship with a record of 20-2 in 2011 … was named all-region team New England East his senior year in addition to all Catholic Conference.
Personal: Blair Friedensohn is the son of Peter and Patricia … he has three sisters … wears the same number that his father wore when he played for the Dartmouth lacrosse team (1972-76).
