Dartmouth - Stony Brook Game Notes
The Dartmouth women's basketball team looks to win its second straight when it hits the road again with a trip to Stony Brook for a 7:00 p.m. contest on Friday.
The Big Green (1-5) comes into the game after a 10-day exam break, with its last game on Dec. 4, a 53-50 win at Sacred Heart while Stony Brook (3-6) has lost its last two.
THIS TIME OUT... Game Number: 802. Dartmouth comes into the game after picking up its first win of the season against Sacred Heart on Dec. 4, but also after a 10-day lay-off for final exams. This is the second leg of a four-game road swing for Dartmouth, who will not play at home again until Dec. 29 against Marquette.
LAST TIME OUT... A late-game comeback sparked by five-straight points from senior Kristen Craft and gutsy defense down the stretch saw Dartmouth earn its first win, 53-50 on the road at Sacred Heart.
NEXT TIME OUT... The Big Green heads to Colorado, home state of junior Darcy Rose to take on Denver and the University of Colorado before a short holiday break. Then back to Hanover for the Blue Sky Classic with Marquette, Arkansas & Delaware.
