Bennett and Bennett, Collins make it a Big Green Blue Wave big three for Dartmouth ladies lacrosse

Back for the Blue Wave girls/ladies lacrosse alumni game to benefit children at the Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center in New York, will be Dartmouth's Big Green big DHS three.

Green leading scorer, junior Kat Collins (DHS Class of 2007), senior captain Eliza Bennett (DHS '06) and 'little' — but no less fierce rookie freshman — sister Courtney (DHS '09), all teammates, will all be suited up for action at the Sono Field House in Norwalk, 7 p.m. Friday, Dec. 18.

As a sophomore last season Collins paced the Big Green in both goals with 38 and points with 51, playing and starting in all 16 games.

Collins also put 70 shots on goal and dredged up 17 ground balls.

The Green's sixth leading scorer Eliza Bennett fought through head injury to still finish with 12 goals, 15 points in 11 games last spring.

And Courtney has been a quick study for Dartmouth with fall ball and should contribute largely this spring.
