Last Time Out – Dartmouth began Ivy League play with a 1-1 (2OT) tie with Brown on Sunday afternoon. Lucielle Kozlov scored the lone Big Green goal in the 19th minute. Brown's Erin Katz tied the game with 1:58 remaining to force overtime. Senior Tatiana Saunders made four saves in the contest.
All-Time Series vs. Sacred Heart – Tuesday's meeting with Sacred Heart is the first contest between both institutions.
Scouting Sacred Heart– The Pioneers enter the contest with a 4-5-1 record and will conclude non-league play with the Big Green. Sacred Heart's wins have come against Delaware St., Saint Peter's, Manhattan and Brown. The Pioneers boast a 2-3 record at home this season, but have dropped their last three games at Campus Field. Kristin Verrette leads the squad with nine goals in 10 games and is tied for ninth on the NCAA scoring list. Alexis Parlato is second on the team with seven points (2g, 3a). Talia Schwartz has allowed 12 goals in 10 games and posts a 1.17 goals against average.
All-Time Series vs. Princeton – Princeton holds a one-game lead (17-16-1) over the Big Green in the historic series that began in 1979. Last season, the Big Green defeated the Tigers, 2-0.
Scouting Princeton– Wins over Villanova and Yale have the Tigers sitting at 2-3-2 and 1-0 in Ivy League play heading into this weekends match with the Big Green. Princeton's Tyler Lussi netted the game-winner against Yale last weekend. Lauren Lazo leads Princeton with 11 points this season, scoring four times with three assists. Lussi is second on the team with two goals and an assist for five points. Darcy Hargadon has played a majority of the games between the pipes for Princeton and is 1-2-2 with a 2.07 GAA.
I Love Lucy - Junior Lucielle Kozlov leads the Big Green with four goals on the season, and has scored in each of the last three games. Kozlov has already set a new-career best in goals, having scored twice as a freshman and three times as a sophomore.
Rookie Sensations - Since the 2012 season when current junior Corey Delaney was named the Ivy League Rookie of the Year, Dartmouth has had numerous freshmen step up. This season, Lindsay Knutson, Melanie Vangel and Brittany Champagne have all washed away the newcomer notion. Knutson and Vangel have each scored, while Champagne has been out on the pitch aiding the defensive unit to a 0.65 goals against average.
Follow Along - For the second year the Ivy League Digital Network will broadcast all eight Big Green home games, along with select Ivy League road matches. Peter Graves returns for his second season calling the action. Fans can also follow along with live stats on DartmouthSports.com.
